All colorization results are generated using AI and may vary in accuracy and quality.
4. Colorization Results and Liability
Disclaimer: All colorization results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent historical accuracy.
- Alpine Technologies LLC assumes no liability for inaccurate or unsatisfactory colorization results.
- We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses resulting from use of the colorization service.
- Users acknowledge that results may vary and are generated through AI interpretation.
5. Results Not Guaranteed
All colorization results are based on AI processing and machine learning algorithms.
No Guarantee: We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, quality, or historical authenticity of colorization results.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
6.1 Data Processing
Photo colorization is processed via DeepAI's API for comprehensive colorization services.
By using the App, you consent to sharing your images with DeepAI and acknowledge that DeepAI's privacy terms apply to your data.
6.2 Use of Third-Party APIs
The App integrates services from DeepAI, OpenAI, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Superwall, Firebase, and others to enhance functionality. Use of these third-party APIs is governed by their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.
6.3 Storage and Retention
Images may be stored for processing and historical reference purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to colorize provided images.
6.4 Security
While we employ reasonable measures to safeguard data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users assume responsibility for providing any images for colorization.
7. User Obligations
Users must:
- Only upload images they have rights to colorize.
- Refrain from using the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and features of the App are the exclusive property of Alpine Technologies LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Any damages resulting from unsatisfactory colorization results.
- Any reliance placed on colorization results or insights generated by the App.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- Your use of the App
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15. Termination
Alpine Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpine Technologies LLC concerning the App and supersede all prior agreements.
